Despite the overall decline in foreign trade in China, Yiwu's foreign trade has delivered a beautiful report card, achieving exports of 15.46 billion US dollars, an increase of 45.3%. The sales area of commercial housing has also increased by 71.1% year-on-year, and e-commerce has maintained high-speed growth, achieving a transaction volume of 61.8 billion yuan, an increase of 31% year-on-year.

In the first half of the year, Yiwu achieved a total export volume of 15.46 billion US dollars, with small commodities becoming an important engine driving the growth of Zhejiang Province's foreign trade. Among them, the export volume through market procurement trade was 13.06 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 69.1%. According to the data from the first five months, the top countries in terms of market procurement export volume were Iraq (580 million US dollars), India (560 million US dollars), Saudi Arabia (460 million US dollars), Egypt (440 million US dollars), and Iran (410 million US dollars).
The main commodities with a fast growth rate in market procurement and export are kitchen supplies at 76.5%, cultural and sports supplies at 65.7%, shoes, hats, umbrellas at 60.3%, and clothing and accessories at 52.15%.
In the context of a favorable foreign trade situation, Yiwu's market has also delivered a beautiful report card, achieving a total transaction volume of 60.69 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.5%. Among them, China Small Commodity City achieved a transaction volume of 48.08 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.3%.

In terms of e-commerce, Yiwu achieved a transaction volume of 61.8 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 31%, continuing to be a strong driving force for economic growth and an important driving force for transformation and upgrading.
The rapid development of e-commerce has also driven the development of Yiwu's express delivery industry. In the first half of the year, the volume of express delivery business was 241 million, a year-on-year increase of 86.7%.
