After receiving the emergency material supply task, Vietnam Straightway Logisitcs immediately confirmed with the customer the dock and loading location for the cruise ship, with only 4 days left until the ship arrived. During this period, a series of steps and procedures need to be completed, including site confirmation, pre cooling of refrigerated cabinets, cargo collection and loading, confirmation of shipping company documents, communication with shipping agents, and border inspection declaration of handover personnel.
